Shipping policy

Shipping Costs:

At Ohana by Abby, shipping rates for candles and diffusers will be calculated at checkout. Flora Florals will incur a $25 shipping fee due to the size and fragility of the isntallations.

Creation Time:

All of our products are hand made to order, so please allow 10-12 days for us to create your candle, 12-15 days to create your Flora Floral and 5-7 days to create your floral diffuser. 

Shipping Time Estimates:

Major Cities: 7-10 business days

Remote Areas: 15-20 business days

Broken Items

If you open your package and find that one of your candles has been broken, please get in contact with us within 5 days so that we can organise cover for the broken item. Our shipping company is unable to provide cover for the items if we receive the information outside of this timeframe.
